RUBIS is the leading independent operator in France in the bulk storage of liquid industrial products (oil, fertiliser, chemicals).
The business consists of renting bulk storage capacity to a diversified industrial client base.

Petroleum products represent nearly 70% of the business (gasoline, diesel, home heating oil), with the balance divided among chemical products, foodstuffs (oils, molasses) and liquid fertiliser.

Bulk storage facilities built, maintained and managed by RUBIS TERMINAL are located in maritime or river docking areas (as the products usually arrive by ship), or near industrial sites that use these products and have pipeline connections.

Two major terminal projects are under construction in the ports of Rotterdam (the Netherlands) and Antwerp (Belgium).

The bulk storage business is not exposed to price fluctuations in the stored products, as RUBIS does not at any time assume ownership of the stored products.

Clients: Hypermarkets, petroleum majors, chemical groups, traders.
