1 - For the 2012 fiscal year
A proposal will be made to the Shareholders' Meeting of June 7, 2013 to pay a dividend of €1.84 per share in respect of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012. The proposal will include an option to receive payment in shares, for which the issue price will be set on the day of the Shareholders' Meeting.
