General Management of the Company is undertaken by a Management College comprising four managers - Gilles Gobin and the companies Sorgema, Agena and GR Partenaires. With the exception of Agena, Managers have the position of Managing Partners; they therefore have unlimited responsibility for the debts of Rubis on their personal property. This specificity is an important guarantee provided to shareholders and is proof of the fact that the Group is managed in their interests for the medium and long term. It also reinforces the vigilance of Management with regard to risk control.
Ultimate responsibility for the Partnership and Management is undertaken directly and indirectly by Mr Gilles Gobin, the Group’s founder, and Mr Jacques Riou.
