How did we build Think Tomorrow 2030?

1. Laying the foundations: analyse, benchmark, and understanding – June 2025
- An external benchmark
- An analysis of stakeholder expectations
- A review of the impacts, risks, and opportunities related to our activities
made it possible to identify priority issues and draw key lessons from the previous 2022–2025 Roadmap.
2. Building together: a collaborative approach – June to September 2025
- Thematic workshops brought together internal experts.
- The Group Sustainability Strategic Committee reviewed, challenged, and refined the proposals,
allowing for the pre-selection of structuring objectives to support collective discussions.
3. Sharing and debating: the Sustainability Seminar – October 2025
This seminar enabled collective work around a clear guiding principle:
“Embedding sustainability at the heart of our business model and overall performance.”
4. Defining and validating the collective ambition – November to December 2025
The objectives were consolidated to define a clear and realistic level of ambition,
then submitted to the governance bodies for validation.
A Roadmap that reflects who we are
Ultimately, Think Tomorrow 2030 is the result of a collective effort combining fact-based analyses, internal expertise, and governance decisions. It reflects our ambitions, our responsibilities, and our determination to place sustainability at the heart of our overall performance.
