We are committed to supporting local communities and associations in the countries where we operate, whether through social initiatives in the fields of education and health, or through the creation of our Rubis Mécénat endowment fund. In 2024, more than €2m has been earmarked for initiatives in the fields of education, health and culture.

In all the regions where we operate, we support community projects working in the fields of education and health. This reflects our desire to integrate seamlessly into our ecosystems and make a virtuous contribution to regional living areas. In addition to our financial support, our employees are involved in sponsorship and fundraising activities, and take part in grassroots events.

We set up the Rubis Mécénat endowment fund in 2011 to focus on two areas:

To support emerging contemporary creation in France through grants for artistic production.

To develop artistic and cultural education projects in selected Group countries in order to help vulnerable young people and make a lasting contribution to their training and integration.

More than 30 grants for artistic production have helped contemporary artists in France to create new work, in collaboration with cultural institutions.
Three humanitarian, educational and artistic projects have been set up in South Africa, Jamaica and Madagascar. More than 500 young adults (aged 14-30) have been supported under these projects, and almost 100 study grants have been awarded to enable beneficiaries to access higher education and support them in their professional future.
