The company Rubis SCA (hereinafter “Rubis”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”), which refers to any information relating to a natural person, voluntarily provided by the user or collected during his or her navigation on the www.rubis.fr website (hereinafter the “Website”).
The purpose of this notice is to describe how Rubis processes any Personal Data collected during your visit to the www.rubis.fr website and to inform you of your rights under data protection regulations.
1. Purpose of the collection of Personal Data and retention period
- Financial communications mailing list
Rubis collects Personal Data (gender, first name, last name, e-mail address, country of residence, language) via the online registration form which must be completed to subscribe to the electronic mailing list of Rubis’ financial communications. Your Personal Data is retained for as long as you are subscribed to this mailing list and is stored in accordance with the regulations in force.
You may unsubscribe from the financial communications mailing list by clicking on the dedicated hyperlink located at the bottom of emails sent to you. - Cookies
In order to provide you with a better service, Rubis compiles statistics and measures the traffic on its Website. To enable statistical analysis, the Site provider uses the services of etracker GmbH, by installing cookies (small text files stored by the Internet browser on the user’s device). The data generated by etracker GmbH is only processed and stored by etracker GmbH. Data is processed in accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Personal Data collected by Rubis is stored and hosted on secure servers located in the European Union.

Rubis takes the appropriate measures to preserve the security, confidentiality and integrity of Personal Data, in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
5. Exercisable rights regarding Personal Data protection
These regulations notably grant you the following rights over your Personal Data:
- the right of access, rectification and erasure;
