OUR COMMITMENTS
OUR NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Our non-financial approach and performance
For over 30 years, we have been committed to acting responsibly in every country where we operate. We are aware of our impacts and constantly strive to limit them, while complying with the highest HSE, social and ethical standards and maximising our positive contribution in the regions where we are present.
We are sincerely and pragmatically committed to continuous improvement. Our sustainability policy, implemented by our subsidiaries, is overseen by Rubis’ Managing Partners. They validate the strategy and monitor its implementation. The policy is supported by the Group Sustainability, Compliance & Risks Department, which proposes the sustainability strategy and oversees its implementation.
Our Audit and CSR Committee also monitors our ethical, social and environmental risks and issues, as well as the risk management measures implemented.
A structured approach
Rubis’ sustainability approach is central to its mission: serving the energies of today and tomorrow by supplying reliable, long-term energy that is accessible to all.
Structured around four areas and translated into local action plans, it guides all of the Group’s activities in order to contribute to a fair, responsible energy transition rooted in local communities.
A robust governance structure
A recognised approach
