In a changing world where energy demand continues to grow, we provide reliable, affordable energy and mobility solutions, while addressing the challenges of the energy transition. We ground this ambition in the reality of each area where we operate, in light of the contrasting societal and environmental changes affecting them.
Launched in 2021 to bring all our commitments together, our sustainability approach is the common foundation that shapes our strategic choices and our day-to-day decisions. It draws on our decentralised model, which fosters agility and adaptation to developments across the regions.
Our accession to the United Nations Global Compact in 2021 publicly reaffirms our ongoing commitment to structuring and steering our approach.
Our action plan, set out in our Think Tomorrow 2030 roadmap, is being implemented, is measurable, and its progress can be followed by all.
The Global Compact is a United Nations initiative launched in 2000 to encourage companies worldwide to integrate and promote a number of principles relating to human rights, international labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the United Nations in 2015. They are a global call to action to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all human beings live in peace and prosperity by 2030.
Rubis participates on a more or less large scale in the implementation of each of the 17 UN SDGs, with a more direct impact on 10 of them.
Our sustainability approach is the common foundation that shapes our strategic choices and our day-to-day decisions.
With Think Tomorrow 2030, our second roadmap launched in 2026, we are accelerating this ambition to drive the Group’s long-term value creation.
Built with our teams in the field, in the countries where we operate, it translates our multi-local model into concrete targets and actions steered as closely as possible to local realities.
